Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for the provision of catering services at InFormal Kitchen Restaurant, located at Plac Małachowskiego in Warsaw, represented by Mr. Michał Keński – President of the Management Board, hereinafter referred to as the "Restaurant."

General Provisions

1. The Restaurant is open Monday to Saturday from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and on Sunday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

2. Using the Restaurant's services and staying on its premises is equivalent to accepting these Terms and Conditions.

3. Only food and drinks (including alcoholic beverages) purchased at InFormal Kitchen Restaurant may be consumed on the premises, unless a document approved by the Manager states otherwise.

4. The staff provides all information regarding allergens contained in meals; however, for the comfort and safety of our Guests, we ask that you inform the staff of any food allergies or intolerances when placing an order.

5. At InFormal Kitchen, we do not sell alcohol to minors or intoxicated persons.

6. A strict ban on smoking tobacco products and their derivatives (e-cigarettes, tobacco heaters) is in effect throughout the Restaurant.

7. Parents or guardians are responsible for children on the Restaurant premises. The Restaurant is not responsible for children left unattended.

8. With safety, Guest comfort, and the Restaurant's image in mind, we reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who are intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or other intoxicants, or those whose behavior violates the general provisions of these terms or public order.

Reservations and Orders

9. Table reservations can be made by phone at +48 531 918 534, by email at info@informalkitchen.pl, or in person at the Restaurant. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

10. Reservations are held for 20 minutes. If the staff is not informed of an expected delay, reservations will be canceled after 20 minutes.

Group Reservations

11. For group reservations, the condition for making and confirming a booking is written information (email), prior menu selection, and payment of a deposit toward the service.

12. The Client undertakes to inform the Restaurant of any changes to the date or time of the reservation, as well as any cancellation, no later than 14 calendar days before the agreed performance date. In the event of a breach of this point, the Client shall pay a contractual penalty amounting to 100% of the value of the agreed menu.

Delivery Orders

13. Delivery orders are processed via the roomservice.pl platform: https://m.roomservice.pl/restauracja/informal-kitchen.html

Safety

14. Persons entering the Restaurant are obliged to behave in a manner that does not threaten the safety of others.

15. To guarantee Guest safety, the Restaurant uses security measures consisting of constant monitoring of the facility via video surveillance (CCTV).

16. In the event of a breach of law, Restaurant regulations, or damage to Restaurant property by a Guest, InFormal Kitchen employees are authorized to remove the Guest from the Restaurant or, if necessary, use physical force or detain a person suspected of breaking the law until they are handed over to the police.

17. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for material damage caused on the premises of InFormal Kitchen Restaurant.

Complaints

18. Complaints regarding dishes are only considered during consumption, not after its completion.

19. Complaints regarding other matters should be reported by phone at +48 531 918 534, by email at info@informalkitchen.pl, or in person at the Restaurant.

Final Provisions

20. These Terms and Conditions are made public on the website www.restauracjainformalkitchen.pl and are available at InFormal Kitchen Restaurant, Plac Małachowskiego 2, Warsaw.

21. These Terms and Conditions have been in effect since February 1, 2020.

22. InFormal Kitchen Restaurant reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without giving a reason.
